Hello from Corvita Digital

We wanted to give you a quick update on everything happening at Corvita at the moment. We've been up to so much since we kicked off at the start of the year and we want to make sure that we are keeping ahead of the game by releasing some brilliant new tools.

We've been working hard recently on creating a lot of new tools to help our clients interact with us, and we will let you know about those further down, but first, have you seen our brand new shiny website go live? Take a look and let us know what you think!

Client Portal.

We are now in the process of rolling out our client portal. We're really excited about this! We wanted to make sure that our clients have one place they can go to get any information they need.

So, we've set up a simple project management tool that will allow you to see the progress of the project and which stage we are currently working through, as well as starting discussions about various aspects of the project, or uploading supporting files. Further to this, the tool allows you to submit support tickets so we can make sure that the right people are resolving the right problems as soon as they can. We have also set up a help section on there which (in time) will contain a vast array of tutorials, just in case you get stuck in the admin.

We think this is a brilliant tool already but we look forward to refining it as we continue to work with our wonderful clients. We will get in contact with everyone individually over the next few days to confirm usernames and login details.

Finally, for those who have their hosting with us, we have set up a status portal which will allow you to see if we have any scheduled maintenance, or any issues that have been resolved. We want to ensure we are as transparent as possible!

Let's get social!

While we can't have the coffee that we so love by interacting on social media, we can at least have some brilliant conversation. Please like us on Facebook and perhaps leave a review or give us a follow on Twitter. As the late Bob Hoskins so famously said (two decades ago!): 'It's good to talk.'
